Build Notes

Use AP a lot too, it can full pen even DDs thanks to the very little treshold and the short fuse,but only against broadsides. Double fire chance flag highly recommended. Get kraken with Yamamoto+half HP AR = higher DPM than full upgraded Smolensk, but you pen 37mm and you set more fires >:)
