Build Notes

21 Pts build, when we use RPF and Dazzle hard to hit(DHH). The point is to take out opponent dd, using force of Z52 with his smoke & hydro using RPF DHH is because smoke is slow & you will be spot for few seconds when you chase your target, so the point increase survivability a lot. For Slot 3, you can choose between Torpedo or aiming Modification. Aiming is alerady good in my opinion in short range. (12.1 range max, we don't spe gunner) so i prefer Torpedo. We still play Main Battery Modification in Slot 6 because we will search gunfight and get 3.3 s instead of 3.8s reload
