For use with Shimakaze's 12km torps.
The build is simple: maximum investment in the torpedo armament reload speed. You should be using launching torps on cooldown, and when not in an objective, staying in the 8-15km range until the enemy team thins out.
The gimmick is the omission of the usually-mandatory SE over Adrenaline Rush. AR compliments the aggressive torpedo playstyle, you can afford to take some hits in the beginning.
