Alternative build to Atago, sacrificing some stealth (9.3km to 10.4km) for extremely high agility, makes ship very responsive to throttle with a nearly destroyer-level rudder shift time. Can kite and dodge shells very effectively, can go from strait line with all 5 turrets on target to auto-bounce levels of angling after dodging when enemy fires, even against battleships only 10-11km away. (Tier 10 battleships will still overmatch your bow/stern though.) Longer ranges the ship can weave between salvos of multiple ships firing as it’s so agile with the rudder shift, and can escape crossfires and being focused by multiple ships, detection is still excellent for a cruiser despite not having detection mod and can go dark in most cases.
Not as good at destroyer hunting or versatility as a concealment build, but can be really fun and fairly good for grinding too, as it gives the ship high survivability when firing constantly, as it accelerates and reverses quickly and turns nearly instantly to dodge anything thrown at it. You can be shot at constantly by battleships and cruisers for nearly an entire match and still survive because it is so hard to hit the ship, and when they do you’ve already angled to bounce most AP shells.
Slightly worse concealment and lack of radar detection probably makes it slightly worse for short range brawling, (though dodging torpedoes is way easier). Also of course don’t push up too far early in the match either, since it’s more for kiting, so getting spotted by a destroyer or something before you turn out can put you in a terrible situation where you can’t turn out without showing broadside.
